Saving Energy, Time, & Water
With 24 years of development, VinWizard has created functionalities exactly tailored to the beverage producer’s needs. Capable of visualizing and controlling the production environment from anywhere via phone, tablet, computer, or other mobile device. Our technology is cheaper and faster to deploy than competing technologies and it enables a level of automation typically off limits to smaller producers.
With VinWizard’s proprietary pulse cooling capability, New Zealand’s Bragato Research Institute found “…pulse-cooled method used only 30% of the energy of the conventional method...” Combined with smart energy load scheduling, VinWizard’s controls enable producers to avoid peak demand pricing and continually save money.
Additionally, with pump control automation, VinWizard is capable of significantly reducing product loss and water waste. For example, Arkenstone winery estimates they have mitigated the loss of 35 gallons of water between each pumpover during harvest with the use of VinWizard’s automation capabilities. Across 60 tanks, three daily pumpovers, and 45 days of harvest, the winery is savings upwards of 280,000 gallons each harvest season.
